• PGP in Technology & Business Management (TBM): The flagship 16-month program for professionals with 2–5 years of experience.
• PGP TBM (Young Leaders Cohort): A 24-month extended version specifically for freshers or those with under 1 year of work experience.
• PGP in Applied AI & Agentic Systems: A new specialized track focusing on the implementation of AI agents in business workflows.
• PGP in Human Resources & Organisation Strategy: Focuses on modern talent management and organizational design.
• PGP in Sports Management & Gaming: A 16-month program targeting careers in the rapidly growing esports and sports business industries.

Executive & Immersive Programs (PGP Rise & Bharat)

Executive & Immersive Programs are flexible or travel-based programs for working professionals and next-gen leaders.

• PGP Rise (General Management): A 12-month blended program (online + weekend) for mid-to- senior professionals with 5+ years of experience.

Undergraduate Programs (4-Year UG Diploma)

The undergraduate programs follow a "3+1" or "4-year" model, where students often spend the final year in industry training or at a global partner university.

Global Dual Degree (3+1):

Global degrees are based on a partnership with the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, USA, where students spend 3 years in Gurugram and 1 year in the US to earn a globally recognized BS degree.

Selection and Admission

The selection process is holistic and focuses on leadership potential and communication skills rather than just test scores and grades. Masters’ Union accepts CAT, GMAT, or GRE. Alternatively, you can take their own exam, the MU-BAAT (Masters' Union Business Aptitude and Admissions Test). The process typically includes an online application, a Video-Based Response (VBR), and a personal interview with industry veterans.
